Hi Doctor, Pls find my semen test report an provide me your best solution. Sperm. Count : 45 Million/Ml Visocity : Normal Volume : 1.0 ML Tot motility : 36.54% Rapid linear progressive : 5.27% Slow liner progressive : 12.84% Non progressive : 18.43% Non motile : 63.46% Pus cells : 10 - 12/HPF RBC : Nill Please let me whether I am able to get child. The ability to conceive does not depend on one area only, this means that even if one aspect is abnormal, it does not mean that you would have problems.
In the report, the sperm count is good. The volume is slightly low at 1 ml but this may be temporary. Motility or movement of the sperm- at least 32% are supposed to be progressively moving . In your case at least approximately 18 % are progressive (adding the rapid moving and slow moving)
Some of these changes may be related to the pus cells which may indicate an infection that needs treatment. If this is treated then it is possible that there may be improvement.
